Location: North Bethesda, MD (Hybrid: Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fri)
We are partnered with a large hospitality company seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics & AI Strategy to help drive enterprise-wide transformation through analytics, AI, and data strategy. This role partners with business, technology, and leadership teams to identify high-impact opportunities, shape AI and data initiatives, and drive adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
Analytics & AI Strategy
- Develop frameworks to prioritize analytics and AI initiatives based on business impact.
- Define processes for evaluating, tracking, and measuring use cases and ROI.
- Drive a decision-centric approach to analytics and AI.
- Manage the analytics product portfolio and performance measurement processes.
Data Strategy
- Define data roadmaps supporting analytics and AI initiatives.
- Partner with Technology and Data Engineering to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance.
- Support customer data activation and monetization strategies.
AI & Data Enablement
- Lead AI adoption and data literacy initiatives.
- Drive data democratization efforts, including data catalogs and best practices.
- Develop training resources that improve AI and data fluency across the organization.
AI Content & Emerging Technology
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to generative AI and LLMs.
- Monitor AI industry trends and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
Team Operations
- Support planning, communications, and operational processes within the analytics organization.
- Create executive-ready presentations and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience driving change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Preferred
- Experience with data strategy, governance, or architecture.
- Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Background in hospitality, customer experience, or franchise-based organizations.
