- Conduct market, competitive, customer, and operational research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Assess the effectiveness and financial impact of distribution strategies, identifying opportunities to improve: Growth Profitability Customer experience Operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Partner with teams across distribution, product, technology, operations, finance, and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.
- Serve as a business owner for key distribution platforms and enhancement backlogs by: Defining business requirements Prioritizing initiatives Partnering with technical teams on implementation
- Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Communicate insights, tradeoffs, and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Insurance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex business, financial, and technical concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to move initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data, metrics, and business insights to support decision-making.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects or programs from concept through implementation.
- Ability to develop executive-ready materials, including: Business cases Strategy recommendations Executive presentations Leadership communications
