Job Description
Serves as client lead for trust, tax and planning matters and as primary liaison between front office and specialized fiduciary services (SFS). Engages directly with top-line clients and leads client and family meetings. Actively mitigates risks, crafts solutions, and partners with SFS on fiduciary matters. Is an active client development team member with significant internal and external COI network. Recognized as subject matter expert in the community. Managing Director positions lead advisory teams and work with families as a subject area expert in estate planning, multi-generational planning, family governance, and trust and fiduciary advisory.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 15 or more years of estate/multi-generational experience
- Seven or more years of planning/strategy experience with high net worth clients
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Strong technical skills in estate planning, multi-generational planning, and trust and fiduciary advisory
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
- JD or CPA license preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $204,390.00 - 249,810.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
