Excited about LogicGate but not familiar with GRC?
- GRC stands for Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- GRC professionals help their companies manage uncertainty, act with integrity, and stay on the right side of the law.
- The GRC market is rapidly expanding with continuous growth opportunities. The current market size was valued at $50.5 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $104.5 billion by 2031.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategic Alliance & Channel Manager owns the development of LogicGate's strategic partner ecosystem — working with consulting firms, resellers, and advisory partners to generate partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline for Risk Cloud.
This is a remote role that can sit anywhere in the US.
We are looking for an action-oriented builder who thrives in building programs, acts with urgency, and solves complex GTM challenges on the fly. While prior channel management experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to execute quickly, remove friction, and drive revenue through influence and resourcefulness. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership over a growing and commercially meaningful part of LogicGate's go-to-market engine.
- Solve Partner Roadblocks: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to rapidly remove friction, build co-sell motions, and deliver the enablement materials partners need to close deals fast.
- Articulate Risk Cloud's Value: Conduct discussions for consulting and advisory decision-makers, quickly identifying alignment with LogicGate's Ideal Partner Profile.
- Co-Sell with Sales: Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure channel-sourced leads are seamlessly transitioned, aggressively pursued, and closed efficiently through the sales cycle.
- Build New Partner Offerings: Take ownership of emerging strategic initiatives, including developing and implementing the strategy and pricing for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnership model.
- Maintain Operational Rigor: Track, forecast, and document all strategic alliance activity in Salesforce with urgency and accuracy to ensure clear visibility into revenue attribution.
- Support International Growth: Actively contribute to LogicGate's international expansion by identifying and standing up partner ecosystems in EMEA and other target markets.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years in SaaS Sales, Business Operational Support or Business Development: A proven track record of driving revenue, closing deals, or managing key commercial relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Bias for Action & High Urgency: You don't wait for permission or perfect information to move. You spot friction, take initiative, and execute solutions quickly.
- Relentless Problem-Solving: You excel at navigating complex commercial dynamic scenarios, unblocking internal and external obstacles, and turning messy challenges into structured outcomes.
- Strong Relationship & Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator who can comfortably present to, influence, and negotiate with partner executives and internal leaders alike.
- CRM & Process Discipline: Experience leveraging Salesforce (or equivalent CRMs) to manage pipeline, track progress, and run an organized desk.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with GRC, risk management, or compliance software categories, including cybersecurity.
- Direct experience in channel management, alliance management, or co-sell models (reseller, referral, or strategic advisory).
- Background in management consulting, professional services, or vendor alliance management.
- Experience launching new channel programs, partner tiers, or MSP offerings from scratch.
The anticipated on-target earnings range for the role is $130,000 - $170,000 per year + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.

Strategy Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a strategy in Washington?
Most strategy roles in Washington require a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a quantitative field, and Washington does not issue a state license specific to strategy professionals. The typical path into corporate strategy in Washington runs through analyst programs at large technology or aerospace firms, consulting roles with regional or national firms based in Seattle, or internal rotation programs at major employers. An MBA from a Washington institution such as the University of Washington Foster School of Business can accelerate entry into senior roles.
Which companies hire strategys in Washington?
Employers hiring strategys in Washington right now include TikTok, Amazon, and Amazon Web Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Washington's concentration of technology headquarters and major aerospace and defense contractors means strategy openings appear consistently across both high-growth startups and large established organizations in the Seattle and Bellevue corridor.
Which Washington cities have the most strategy jobs?
Seattle, Redmond, and Bellevue account for the greatest concentration of strategy openings in Washington. Seattle dominates due to its density of technology headquarters and consulting offices, while Bellevue and Redmond draw significant hiring from Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and their supplier ecosystems, making the broader Eastside a strong market for both corporate and product strategy roles.
Are there remote strategy jobs in Washington?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 46% of strategy openings tied to Washington are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based, analytical nature of the work. Roles focused on market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis tend to be the most remote-friendly, while strategy positions that involve leading cross-functional workshops or advising senior executives typically require some in-office presence.
How can I get hired as a strategy in Washington with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a business analyst or operations analyst role at a Washington technology or aerospace company, which provides the modeling and stakeholder experience that strategy teams hire from. Amazon, Microsoft, and Boeing all run structured early-career and rotational programs that feed into strategy functions. A strong analytical portfolio, demonstrated through coursework, internships, or volunteer consulting with Washington nonprofits, gives candidates without full-time experience a concrete edge in competitive applicant pools.
Where can I find and apply to strategy jobs in Washington?
You can find and apply to strategy jobs in Washington on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your background and target industry, and apply directly to each position that fits.
