About the Opportunity
ServCorp is seeking a qualified Lead Logistics Analyst for a potential Supply Chain Optimization Support (SCOS) opportunity supporting the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Logistics Center (ALC), Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCMD).
Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL / Fort Bliss, TX
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Position Summary
The Lead Logistics Analyst will provide technical and analytical support for Army supply chain and logistics operations.
This position will analyze supply, demand, inventory, transportation, warehouse, and operational data to identify trends, risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. The Lead Logistics Analyst will develop analytical products, reports, forecasts, metrics, and recommendations to support operational managers and Government leadership.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Army/DoD logistics operations and logistics information systems, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain and logistics analysis activities supporting Army operations.
- Analyze supply, demand, receipt, issue, inventory, transportation, warehouse, and customer-service data.
- Conduct data mining, statistical analysis, trend analysis, and causal analysis.
- Analyze inventory levels, inventory turnover, supply availability, excess inventory, and demand forecasts.
- Support forecasting and demand-planning activities.
- Analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) adherence and forecast accuracy.
- Develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytical products.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and enterprise-level performance metrics.
- Identify trends, operational risks, supply-chain deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for operational managers and Government leadership.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, briefings, presentations, and analytical products.
- Analyze customer-service metrics including response times, order accuracy, issue resolution, complaints, and service tickets.
- Support quality-control and process-improvement initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, working groups, reviews, and after-action assessments.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research supply-chain issues and develop recommendations based on available operational data.
- Support inventory management, supply planning, transportation, warehouse, and distribution analysis.
- Perform additional logistics analysis duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience preferred, with demonstrated experience sufficient to perform the responsibilities of the position.
- Demonstrated experience with Army/DoD logistics information systems is strongly preferred, including GCSS-Army, STAMIS, LMP, APAS, i3Log, or other applicable Army logistics systems.
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory analysis, supply availability, or related supply-chain functions.
- Experience developing reports, analytical products, briefings, dashboards, or presentations for management or Government customers.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience working in a U.S. Army, Department of Defense, or Government logistics environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, STAMIS, LMP, APAS, i3Log, or Material Trac;m;kers is strongly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Government installation access, background screening, security clearance, and system access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Direct U.S. Army logistics experience.
- Direct experience supporting AMCOM or Army Aviation logistics operations.
- Hands-on GCSS-Army experience.
- Experience with STAMIS and/or LMP.
- Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other data-analysis/visualization tools.
- Experience preparing analytical briefings for senior Government or military leadership.
- Experience with supply-chain performance metrics and process improvement.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Position is primarily performed on-site at the applicable Government installation.
- Travel may be required to fulfill contract requirements and will be subject to applicable Government approval and contract requirements.

Security Requirements
The SCOS requirement includes Government security requirements. Contractor personnel may be required to maintain a SECRET-level security clearance, and Government-designated key positions may require a Tier 3 investigation and security clearance.
Personnel requiring access to Army/DoD information systems must also satisfy applicable background investigation and access requirements.
