Job Title: MES/MoM Support Engineer
Location: Holland, MI
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for MES/MoM systems (e.g., Proficy, Ignition, or custom MES platforms)
- Provide support for plant operations to make sure the correct IT / OT requirements are gathered and provide the responsible stakeholders to implement
- Monitor and resolve production issues related to: Production orders, WIP tracking, traceability
- Troubleshoot issues related to: Machine connectivity (OPC UA, MQTT, vendor protocols), Datagaps, latency, or incorrect production signal
- Act as a liaison between: Plant engineering / controls teams, Central, IT (infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, MES teams)
- Support SMT line commissioning and MES rollout activities
- Participate in: FAT/SAT testing, Production, go-live and hypercare
