How do you become a talent acquisition partner in Tennessee?
Most talent acquisition partner roles in Tennessee require a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with several years of recruiting experience. No state-issued license is required for this role in Tennessee. Many professionals pursue the SHRM-CP or PHR credential, both widely recognized by Tennessee employers, to strengthen their candidacy. Building experience in high-volume industries like healthcare or logistics common to Tennessee gives candidates a meaningful advantage.
Which companies hire talent acquisition partners in Tennessee?
Employers hiring talent acquisition partners in Tennessee right now include Amrize, Fogelman, and Eastman Chemical, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Tennessee's concentration of large healthcare systems, distribution networks, and corporate headquarters means talent acquisition teams here tend to support high-volume, specialized hiring year-round.
Which Tennessee cities have the most talent acquisition partner jobs?
Memphis, Nashville, and Brentwood have the most talent acquisition partner openings in Tennessee. Nashville leads because of its dense cluster of healthcare systems, corporate headquarters, and professional services firms, while Memphis and Knoxville add significant volume through logistics, manufacturing, and university-affiliated employers that maintain dedicated in-house recruiting functions.
Are there remote talent acquisition partner jobs in Tennessee?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 100% of talent acquisition partner openings tied to Tennessee are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how effectively the role translates to distributed work. Sourcing, screening, and employer branding functions are the most commonly performed fully remote, while onsite presence is more often required for executive-level searches or roles tied to high-touch manufacturing environments.
How can I get hired as a talent acquisition partner in Tennessee with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a recruiting coordinator or HR generalist role inside a large Tennessee employer, where you build hands-on experience with full-cycle hiring.
