ROLE
As a Sr Manager or Director, Technical Program Management - Commerce Cloud, you will be part of the strategic engine driving execution of Agentforce Commerce Cloud. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver cross-functional initiatives that merge human ingenuity with AI agents to redefine the commerce lifecycle. This role requires deep technical fluency, operational rigor, and the executive presence to navigate cloud priorities. You will bridge the gap between bold vision and flawless execution, ensuring Salesforce remains the leader in the agentic enterprise shift.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
- Drive high-cadence Product Core Team forums and Deep Dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline agentic release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met.
- Act as a catalyst for change within Product and Technology, fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery engine.
- Enable the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for senior-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
YOU'RE OUR PERSON IF...
- 10+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience at the Manager level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) at massive scale.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across a global, matrixed organization.
- A related technical degree is required.
EVEN BETTER IF...
- Foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software.
- Professional Agile Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner (CSP-PO).

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $273,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $180,200 - $298,400 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
