EasyPro is looking for a Technical Inside Sales & Project Support Specialist to join our team in Grant, Michigan.
This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, combining technical customer support, inside sales, project development, and comprehensive quoting.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, learning technical information, and taking ownership of their work.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with dealers, contractors, and customers to:
- Understand pond and water-feature projects
- Size pumps, filtration, plumbing, aeration, and related equipment
- Perform technical calculations
- Develop comprehensive project quotes
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems
- Recommend the right products and solutions
- Follow up on quotes and help turn opportunities into sales
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work closely with our internal team
Who We're Looking For
Experience in the pond and water garden industry is ideal.
We will also consider candidates from related technical industries such as:
Pools, Irrigation, Pumps, Plumbing, Fountains, Equipment Fluid Handling
If you have a strong understanding of concepts such as pump sizing, flow rates, head pressure, plumbing, and water movement, you may have an excellent foundation for this position.
