MIC seeks a qualified individual for Technical Sales with an emphasis in Project Management. This position requires strong organization and upbeat positive communication skills and the ability to multi-task while working closely with customers and various departments within the organization, including divisions overseas. The ideal candidate shall possess strong execution ability in a fast-paced work environment and must be a team player. This individual will interact with existing customers thru face to face meetings, phone calls, online chat and email to provide technical/sales support, maintain relationships, and manage daily tasks between the customer and various divisions of the Mektec group worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Promptly handle customer inquiries and follow up by direct communication
· Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend continual improvement and innovation plans to maintain and grow sales
· Provide engineering support to guide customer to best product solutions and facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
· Provide technical support to customers based on product understanding
· Manage project by executing and following company work flow
· Prepare pricing proposal, present quotations and negotiate order details with customers
· Interface with Customer, Factory and Design Engineers on production and prototype orders
· Work closely with Engineering Department to determine how products and services could be designed or modified to best suit customer’s need
· Obtain and update technology roadmaps, development and production schedules from customers
· Work with manager to develop and execute strategic plan
· Coordinate and travel with the customer to Asia.
· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Experience/Education:
· Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering a plus)
· Degree in Business Administration and/or another Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience as a Project Manager)
· 2-5 years work experience in electronic/ manufacturing industry or equivalent years of experience in sales/ project management position

· Be able to manage personal time and productivity while handling communications with our Asian counterparts during off hours.
Other information:
· The candidate must have a flexible work schedule as frequent communication with Asia is required
· International travel is expected from time to time
