The Position:
- Prepare testing information, project plans and field materials.
- Assist with maintaining testing records and project closeout documentation.
- Enter and submit testing data into DOT databases as required.
- Help coordinate training and certifications for field technicians.
- Assist with preparing and updating QC plans, manuals and training materials.
- Organize and maintain electronic QC files and project records.
- Support Project Managers and field technicians with testing data, questions and daily requests. Assist with scheduling, incentive/disincentive tracking, fleet administration and other Technical Services needs.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or a related field.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
