INTRODUCTION
Concentrix is looking for an experienced QA Tester with 5+ years of experience in API and integration testing, preferably in the healthcare interoperability space.
Experience
- 5 years of QA/testing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing for interoperability solutions including CRD, DTR, PAS, Member Access, and Payer-to-Payer APIs
- Validate APIs against business rules, CMS regulations, and Da Vinci IG requirements
- Perform API testing using VS Code with Copilot and other QA tools
- Create and execute test cases, test data, and test scenarios for FHIR-based integrations
- Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with development teams
- Assist in validating data mappings and integration workflows
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate understanding of API testing (REST, JSON)
- Experience with VS Code or similar tools for testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of CRD, DTR, PAS, or CMS interoperability rules
- Exposure to AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Basic understanding of Azure or cloud-based applications
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HL7 FHIR concepts and healthcare data exchange
- Exposure to healthcare payer domains (claims, prior authorization, eligibility)
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $131,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
