We design and build kitchens, baths, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations. What you'll do
- Run 2 to 3 remodels at a time, from design handoff to final walkthrough
- Keep schedules current in Buildertrend and have POs, work orders, and change orders ready two weeks ahead
- Be the homeowner's main contact, with weekly updates and clear answers
- Lead our carpenters and trade partners on your jobs
- Review estimates before a sale and protect budgets and quality
You're a fit if you
- Have 5+ years in residential construction and have run jobs end to end (schedule, budget, subs, clients)
- Have used Buildertrend, JobTread, CoConstruct, or similar software
- Know how a house goes together, even if you aren't a master carpenter
- Earn a crew's respect through preparation and follow-through
- Live within a reasonable commute of Lansdale
Pay and benefits
- $80,000 to $90,000 base, plus production bonus incentive
