We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial, institutional, healthcare, or federal construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
- Experience with renovation, occupied facility, or design-bid-build projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Position Requirements
- Full-time presence on the project site during active construction.
- Ability to traverse active construction sites and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders, access elevated work areas, and perform site inspections.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Maintain a continuous physical presence on the project site during active construction.
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and field personnel.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules to achieve contract milestones.
- Monitor daily production and workforce activities to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Plan and coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce requirements.
- Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and field personnel.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract drawings, specifications, approved submittals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
- Review project progress and identify potential schedule conflicts, delays, or field issues.
- Maintain project records including daily reports, manpower tracking, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with the Owner, Contracting Officer, COR, inspectors, designers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in preconstruction meetings, progress meetings, and final inspections.
- Verify that deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner and support project closeout activities.
- Foster a positive safety culture and support implementation of the project Accident Prevention Plan.
- Work closely with the Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer to ensure project compliance.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
