Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects, coordinating all phases from planning through execution while maintaining strict adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans using advanced project management software \
• Oversee construction schedules, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and monitor progress against project milestones to ensure seamless workflow.
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications thoroughly; ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs meticulously, controlling expenses, and implementing effective cost management strategies.
• Supervise construction site teams, manage subcontractor performance, and foster a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams.
• Read and interpret construction plans accurately; ensure all work aligns with contractual agreements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate project schedules with stakeholders; facilitate regular progress meetings to address issues proactively.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at every stage of the project; prepare necessary documentation for permits and inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects or heavy infrastructure projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software
• Strong understanding of construction estimating, cost control measures, and budget management practices.
• Ability to read detailed construction plans and blueprints; experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment; excellent communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience on construction sites; familiarity with site safety protocols is required.
• Skilled in project scheduling techniques such as construction schedule coordination and project timeline development.
• Knowledge of contracts negotiation and administration; ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.

Pay: $90,546.42 - $145,346.23 per year
