JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented full-cycle Senior Accountant to support our accounting department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data. The ideal candidate has great leadership skills, a strong eye for detail, proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks enterprise), and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and send invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers (100+ a day)
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts and verify discrepancies, resolving any errors in a timely manner.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and processing.
- Review and process expense reports and receipts for accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal data.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
