- Continue to develop knowledge to become a subject matter expert on Station, P&C, Transmission Line, or stormwater issues.
- Prepare cost estimates for non-routine work, special projects, equipment maintenance projects or construction projects.
- Lead Coordination of securing rental equipment in assigned TFS(S) Area.
- Based on discipline (Station, P&C, or Line) some duties may not be applicable.
- Ability to lead applicable initiatives assigned by TFS Area Supervision.
- Contract Administration in assigned TFS Area(s) including Job Planning, material Procurement, Work Authorization creation, Outage Requests.
- Respond to support emergency work as needed in assigned TFS Area(s).
- Assist Supervision in Progression Testing for employees in assigned TFS Area(s).

Qualification requirements for an external candidate:
Education: Associate degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 6 years of utility field experience; or high school diploma or GED and 10 years of related utility field experience which would include Transmission or Distribution Line, Station, P&C or Technical Support experience; or maintenance and/or construction work/project scheduling or project controls experience.
