ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What Youll Do:
- Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each students motor and mobility goals
- Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals
- Perform assessments and contribute to IEP planning meetings
- Complete student reevaluations to support student IEP development
- Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Support classroom and residential accommodations
