The Marketing Lead possesses a digital-first mindset and proven skills and experience to develop and direct high-impact marketing strategies for Astera Health, service lines and business units in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Supports the mission, culture, and core values of Astera Health through personal conduct and behaviors that contribute ideas and suggestions, is helpful and friendly, demonstrates regular attendance and punctuality, and adheres to organizational policies and rules.
- Stay current with digital, social, and other marketing trends and tools, regularly recommending opportunities to drive more revenue.
- Plan and execute all web, AEO, SEO, CRM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns utilizing the creative brief process and optimal budget for increasing engagement. Utilize A/B testing and data analytics to continuously optimize results.
- Develop and monitor marketing data tracking strategies and related analysis, including GA4. Report quarterly on digital engagement.
- Monitor the digital reputation of Astera Health and provide responses to posts, reviews, and comments within 24 business hours. Monitor website email submission and respond appropriately.
- Track and analyze competitors’ marketing activities.
- Develop and implement website updates.
- Serves as backup and assists in marketing requests process.
- Assist in event planning and attend marketing events when needed.
- Ensure consistency with the brand strategy and standards.
- Attend meetings and serve on Leadership Team.
- Ensure execution of all marketing campaign deliverables and content created by marketing team.
- Assist in vendor relations and contract support.
- Serve as superuser and marketing liaison for Astera Health’s intranet.
Physical Requirements:
Medium Duty is: exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally or 10 to 15 pounds of force frequently or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects (based on U.S. Department of Labor data). The following physical activities are required to perform this job:
