Fitness Leadership Role

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Sell memberships like a beast. Build your pipeline, convert leads, and close strong.
• Work with more than 50 members every day by coaching classes in an energetic and motivating environment.
• Lead members to accomplish their goals by encouraging, coaching, and challenging members in class.
• Own the member experience—from first-timers to lifelong loyalists.
• Generate Leads from promotions, community events, referrals, B2B and more!
• Crush KPIs: sales targets, retention rates, conversion metrics—you name it.
• Be a key player on a high-performance team that pushes each other daily.

What we offer our full-time Fitness Professionals:

• Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
• They have a consistent schedule with shift options of early bird, night owl, or a variety based on their personal preferences.
• We offer a consistent income without the worry of client no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.
• We are a fun, high-energy, health-orientated team and a great place to build a fitness career.

Qualifications

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; NASM, NSCA, AFAA, ACE, ACSM
• CPR and AED Certified
• Passion for health and fitness
• A big smile and a great attitude
• Sincere in your communication, a team player, and care about others
• Growth-minded and open to learning
• Attention to detail while following proven systems and policies

COMPENSATION:

$40,000–$50,000+ annually

Base + Commission + Bonuses. Top performers exceed expectations.
