Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Associate

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer (Associate/Analyst level) to join our team and contribute to the design and development of enterprise applications. In this role, you will work on both front-end and back-end components using Angular and Node.js, while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. You will gain hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, containerization, and modern DevOps practices, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

Assist in the development of the portals using Angular, Node.js, and core web technologies such as HTML5 and JavaScript.

Contribute to backend services and integrations using C# and Python where applicable.

Design and implement innovative automation solutions to streamline internal processes and optimize business workflows.

Collaborate with senior engineers to implement coding standards and best practices.

Support the integration of secure, scalable solutions on Azure, including AKS and Key Vault.

Participate in sprint planning, issue tracking, and progress reporting using Jira.

Work with Visual Studio Code, SQL Server Management Studio, and other modern development tools.

Troubleshoot and root cause analysis.

Develop and maintain unit-based testing scripts.

Implement secure coding practices and assist in managing secrets via Azure Key Vault.

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards.

Perform regular application development tasks, including writing code, attending scrum meetings, and working through the SDLC.

Handle low to moderate difficulty development tasks, resolving issues through established processes and standard engineering practices rather than complex or novel solutions.

Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, implementation partners, and offshore teams to deliver features on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or soon to graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, or academic projects in full-stack development using Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, C#, and Python.

Basic understanding of Azure services, containerization (AKS), and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and secure coding principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
Environment
This position currently functions as a hybrid role working from both home and in-office environments. Any home office setting must be conducive to all guidelines outlined by the organization. This role is required to regularly attend in-person meetings, the frequency of which is determined by management based on departmental or organizational needs.
