Position People Assurance around business outcomes including workforce readiness, operational consistency, safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and frontline performance.
Build the sales plays, packaging, positioning, incentives, and operating model required to sell the portfolio as one People Assurance organization.
Unlock the Customer Base
Make account expansion one of our most important growth engines.
Build a rigorous enterprise account strategy that identifies whitespace across sites, business units, geographies, and the broader People Assurance portfolio.
Deepen executive relationships with our most strategic customers and elevate conversations from individual products and training programs to enterprise workforce performance.
Drive multi product and multi site adoption, retention, recurring revenue, and customer lifetime value.
Turn our existing customer relationships into a platform for broader enterprise growth. The current strategy specifically identifies enterprise account planning, whitespace identification, deeper customer penetration, and cross portfolio selling as major growth opportunities.

Own revenue performance across new business, expansion, partnerships, and strategic channels.
Build a predictable pipeline engine focused on the markets where People Assurance has the strongest credibility and greatest opportunity.
Personally lead critical enterprise opportunities and executive relationships.
Expand strategic partnerships that strengthen our capabilities, extend our reach, and create new sources of revenue.
Bring greater discipline to pipeline coverage, conversion, forecasting, sales velocity, and execution.

Partner deeply with Marketing, Client Success, Product, Consulting, Operations, and the executive leadership team to create one connected customer lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will bring:
- Significant experience leading and scaling complex B2B revenue organizations (exp. over $100M in ARR)
- A track record of growing both new and existing enterprise customers
- Experience moving organizations from product selling to solution and portfolio selling
- The ability to sell technology and services together around measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience building executive relationships and navigating complex, multi stakeholder organizations

- Experience creating disciplined sales processes, forecasting, revenue operations, and accountability
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- The ability to lead transformation while continuing to deliver results
- A hands on leadership style and willingness to personally engage in the opportunities that matter most
What Success Looks Like
Success is not simply hitting a revenue number.
The CRO will have reshaped how People Assurance sells.
Our teams will lead with customer challenges and frontline performance rather than individual products. Our largest customers will have clear enterprise growth plans. More clients will use multiple People Assurance capabilities. Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Consulting, and Product will operate around a more connected commercial strategy.
And People Assurance will have a more predictable growth engine capable of expanding existing relationships, winning new enterprise customers, and capturing the broader frontline performance opportunity.
Ultimately, our new CRO will help move People Assurance from a portfolio of strong capabilities to one powerful commercial offering: helping the workforce perform.

Search Consulting Jobs in MontanaConsulting H-1B Sponsorship Jobs in Montana: Frequently Asked Questions
Which consulting companies sponsor H-1B visas in Montana?
National consulting and professional services firms with federal or state government contracts are the most consistent H-1B visa sponsors in Montana. Companies like Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Accenture have filed Labor Condition Applications covering Montana-based roles. Smaller regional IT consulting and management consulting firms occasionally sponsor as well, though the volume is lower than in major metro markets. Checking OFLC disclosure data for Montana-specific LCA filings gives the clearest picture of active sponsors.
Which cities in Montana have the most consulting H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Billings is Montana's largest city and generates the most consulting activity, particularly in energy, healthcare consulting, and IT services. Missoula has a growing professional services sector tied to the University of Montana and regional nonprofits. Helena, as the state capital, attracts government-focused consulting and policy advisory work. Great Falls sees some defense and federal contractor consulting activity. All four cities appear in H-1B LCA filings, but Billings consistently has the highest volume.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship in consulting requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning it requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the position. Roles that consistently meet this standard include management consultant, IT consultant, strategy analyst, financial consultant, and healthcare IT consultant. General advisory or account management roles where any bachelor's degree satisfies the requirement can face scrutiny during adjudication, so the degree-to-job match matters significantly.
How do I find consulting H-1B sponsorship jobs in Montana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by visa type (H-1B), industry (consulting), and state (Montana) to see verified sponsorship-eligible roles without sorting through employers who don't sponsor. Montana's consulting market is smaller than coastal states, so setting up alerts on Migrate Mate for new Montana consulting postings helps you move quickly when relevant roles appear. Focusing on firms with federal or state government contracts in Montana tends to surface the most reliable sponsors.
Are there any state-specific considerations for H-1B consulting jobs in Montana?
Montana does not impose additional state-level licensing requirements specific to H-1B workers, but consulting roles that touch licensed professions, such as engineering or accounting, require the appropriate Montana professional license regardless of visa status. Montana's labor market is smaller, so H-1B consulting filings are less frequent than in larger states. Employers must still meet federal prevailing wage requirements based on Montana-specific DOL wage data, which reflects local market rates rather than national figures.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B consulting jobs in Montana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
