- Drive Patient Outcomes: Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans and closely monitor health outcomes to ensure optimal results.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate dialysis care every single day.
- Create Connections: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a cornerstone of their healthcare journey.
- Collaborate: Work dynamically in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and supportive team environment.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Credentials: Current RN license and active CPR certification.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 18 months of RN experience, which must include 6+ months of dialysis experience. Background in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg is a strong plus!
- Leadership Readiness: Successful completion of Charge RN readiness approval is required.
- Bonus Qualifications: CNN or CDN certification is a fantastic addition to your profile.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including navigating Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays to support our patients' needs.
