- Assist with heavy lifting of inventory or promotional materials as needed, demonstrating organizational skills and physical stamina
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus
- Ability to perform route driving safely while managing time effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and route planning
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts
- Organizational skills to manage deliveries, merchandising tasks, and documentation efficiently
- Military experience or background is considered an asset for discipline and teamwork skills
