Purpose of Position
The Sales Analyst is responsible for helping NetJets maximize the value of its Sales technology, data, and AI investments while creating a modern, world-class selling experience. Reporting directly to the Manager, Sales Enablement, this role will work across Sales, Technology, Data Services, Sales Analytics, and third-party providers to improve seller productivity, technology adoption, and the overall Sales experience. This is a hands-on analyst role focused on translating seller needs, data, and emerging technology into practical solutions that improve how our Sales teams work.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Partners with third-party technology and data providers to optimize capabilities, improve adoption, and maximize the value of Sales technology investments.
- Works directly with Sales teams to understand seller needs, workflow challenges, and opportunities to improve productivity through technology, automation, data, and AI.
- Helps drive discipline and accuracy around CRM data entry and pipeline management.
- Performs comparative analysis: Compares sales performance across different territories to identify any variations or discrepancies. Analyzes factors such as total sales volume, revenue growth rates, conversion rates, and average deal size. Looks for any notable differences or similarities that could indicate underlying causes or opportunities for improvement.
- Serves as a thought leader and subject matter expert on sales strategies and market shifts, frequently presenting findings to Sales Leadership.
