The Muransky Companies is seeking a creative, dependable Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to bring fresh ideas to life across our hospitality divisions. Working closely with the Marketing & Membership Manager, your main focus will be capturing the premier member experience at The Lake Club. You will also provide marketing and social support for Chestnut Land Company, the nation’s largest franchisee of over 100 Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon locations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content:
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, Stories) around the Club.
- Maintain the content calendar and write engaging, brand-consistent captions.
- Monitor community engagement, responding to comments and direct messages.
Email Marketing:
- Build and format engaging email marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling copy, subject lines, and preview text.
- Manage subscriber lists and track campaign performance metrics.
Website Management:
- Keep digital content current, including menus, event pages, and hours.
- Refresh photography and optimize layouts for a smooth mobile experience.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance and new digital projects.
Marketing Support:
- Design creative assets, including graphics, menus, flyers, and physical signage.
- Partner with department heads to coordinate internal club promotions.
- Organize creative files and gradually take ownership of recurring projects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar creative role.
Technical Tools:
- Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or AI applications.
- Familiarity with email platforms and website content management systems (CMS) is helpful.
Core Skills:
- Strong creative eye for photography, graphic design, and short-form video production.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills with strict attention to detail.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to independently balance multiple deadlines.
