About the role
We’re looking for a motivated, early-career sales person to join our team in Cincinnati to help manage and grow relationships with registered investment advisors (RIAs). This role is ideal for someone with a finance or insurance background who enjoys building relationships, driving business, and thrives in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment. While specific product knowledge is beneficial, it is not required. Training will be provided. Success in this role depends on strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Luma Financial Technologies' Cincinnati, OH office.
We will pay a Relocation bonus if you're not currently located in Cincinnati but are interested in Relocating
Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with RIAs and other key partners
- Represent a global leader that transacts billions in notional value across sophisticated investments
- Sell and support derivatives-based products through a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Identify new opportunities and help drive revenue growth
- Contribute to the continued expansion of a high-performing, fast-growing platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- 0-1 years of sales or relationship management experience within financial services or insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Cincinnati)
