JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Assistant Manager - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent ability to train and motivate staff
- Able to handle multi-tasks
- Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to organize and prioritize work
- Must be punctual
- Must be organized
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be a team-player
