- Guest Room Upkeep: Respond quickly to work orders regarding lighting, PTAC/HVAC units, drywall repair, and furniture adjustments.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain hotel exteriors, walkways, and trash areas to ensure safety and curb appeal.
- Pool & Spa: Check and adjust chemical levels daily to meet safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Assist housekeeping or front office teams with heavy lifting, room resets, or facility emergencies as needed.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tools.
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or bend for long intervals.
