The HR Intern will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement activities, and administrative functions while learning about the overall employee lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and events.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and compliance topics.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
