Seeking a high energy individual responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices in a timely manner. This role supports revenue processing by ensuring billing data is complete, accurate, and in compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and process customer invoices on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Review billing information for accuracy, including rates, quantities, and customer terms
- Enter and post invoices in the accounting or billing system
- Manage customer‑specific billing requirements, including consolidated or customized invoices
- Distribute invoices to customers according to agreed‑upon methods and timelines
Accuracy & Issue Resolution
- Identify, research, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Process billing adjustments, credits, and rebills as needed
- Respond to internal and customer inquiries related to billing
Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
- Assist with billing reports and reconciliations
- Support month‑end close activities related to billing and revenue
Collaboration & Controls
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Accounting to ensure services are billed correctly
- Follow established billing procedures and internal controls
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information
Qualifications
Required
- College student-Majoring in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with accounts receivable, or accounting support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
