We are looking for an AP/AR Billing Specialist/HR Assistant to support our team. This person is one of the first points of contact for DiLeonardo’s clients & employees by phone or in person so it is crucial they ensure a great experience for all who visit the studio. We expect this person to have a “no task too big, no task too small” attitude with a natural inclination to get things done but have fun while doing it.
This position will provide the opportunity for you to:

You will manage mostly business-related tasks in a creative design studio. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivables, billing and collections
- Accounts payables/expense reports/commissions
- Supporting Accounting Department
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Provide general administrative support
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Assist with preparing financial reports
- Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience with AP, AR
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
- Associates degree or 3 years’ experience in AP or AR
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with Deltek preferred but not required
