The Erema/Reclaim Machine Operator position is responsible for full operation of the Erema recycle operation under the supervision and direction of the team lead or manager.
Pay: $19 + $2 night shift differential
Schedule: 7:45pm-8am, 2/2/3 schedule

- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Troubleshooting skills and good mechanical abilities
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office
- Experience with databases and tracking software
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT/HOW):
As in operations, the Erema operator is responsible of:
- Set Up Erema to process standards and centerlines
- Perform Erema set up, start up, and shut down
- Manage operation of the Erema manufacturing equipment
- Ensure the side feed is always fully stocked and tied in
- Manage the flow of material into and out of the Erema area
- Accurately and fully complete all production reports
- Track all production and enter database
- Ensure product is properly labeled
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate problems and issues to appropriate resources in a timely manner
- Assist in down day activities per team leader instructions
- Ensure finished pellets meet specifications defined in Operations Documents
- Operate equipment within the specified limits of the appropriate Standard Operating Conditions
- Assist other team members and in other production areas needed
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Work around varying temperatures
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus
