What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers
- Achieve established sales goals and objectives
- Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary
- Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need:
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience required
- Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service
- In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
