Are there state-specific or industry-specific considerations for F-1 STEM OPT sponsorship in Tennessee's electronics sector?
Tennessee has no state-level immigration filing requirements, but electronics employers in the Oak Ridge corridor often require security clearance eligibility, which F-1 visa holders may not qualify for.
