SUMMARY
Responsibilities include implementation, maintenance, support, development of communications network and applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties not listed may be assigned.
Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution – Prevention % of Job – 80%
- Identify manual, inefficient processes and replace them with automated, digital workflows.
- Design, test, and implement digital solutions, including AI, machine learning, robotics, and cloud computing, to enhance productivity.
- Develop dashboards, analyze organizational data for insights, and create predictive models (e.g., failure prediction, demand forecasting).
- Integrate new technologies with existing legacy systems, such as WiLES, SAP, or SFCS.
- Develop, prioritize, and execute digital transformation project roadmaps and strategies.
- Train staff on new systems, promote digital adoption, and mentor teams to build technical capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior managers and Headquarter IT staff to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.
- Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions.
- Develop business methods and procedures, including accounting systems, file systems, office systems, logistics systems, and production schedules.
- Bridge the gap between traditional business operations and advanced digital ecosystems like AI, IoT, and cloud-native platforms.
Warehouse Efficiencies – Cost Reduction % of Job – 10%
- Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues.
- Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
Team Leadership
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture. % of Job – 10%
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
- Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships. Communicates and works well with all business partners.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Working experience of 1 to 3 years as DT engineer/specialist.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python), automation platforms (PowerApps, RPA), and cloud technology.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Manufacture or computer industry experience is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
