ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Overnight Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home support that enhances the quality of life for our clients. This position runs from Friday evening through Monday morning.

At Right at Home of Salt Lake, we're dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and comfortably at home. With trusted in-home care services, we're proud to serve the Salt Lake community and are now seeking caregivers for overnight shifts.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive Pay: $16.75/hour
BENEFITS:
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
- Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
- Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
- Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
- CNA School Program: Extraordinary opportunity – ask for details!
- PPE Provided
- 401(k) with Matching – ask for details
- Ongoing Training
- 24/7 On-Call Support for emergencies or schedule changes
- Holiday Pay: Time and a half
- PTO Program (for full-time employees)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Overnight Caregiver on Weekends, you'll provide one-on-one in-home support that truly enhances the quality of life for clients. Your role includes offering companionship to ease the night hours, assisting with personal hygiene and comfort needs, keeping the home tidy and safe, preparing simple nutritious meals, and ensuring medication reminders are followed. With your compassionate presence, you'll create a secure and caring environment where clients feel respected and supported.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
