Position Responsibilities
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
- Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
- Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
- Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
- Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.
