As an Office Assistant / Accounting Clerk, you’ll keep daily office and accounting operations organized and accurate. You’ll support accounts payable and receivable, maintain records, and assist with routine bookkeeping reporting. Duties
- Enter and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial data; provide general office and customer service support.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable management, and payroll.
- Use spreadsheets and accounting systems to review transactions, perform Excel data analysis, and maintain confidential information.
Requirements
- Accounting and bookkeeping, data entry, math skills, 10-key typing.
- Knowledge of accounting software experience with QuickBooks is useful.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organization, accuracy, and confidential information handling skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
