Job Overview
Dawn M Paul CPA PA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Accounting Assistant to join our growing office team.
This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available. This position is full-time with additional hours, overtime, and Saturday work required during tax season (January–April). We are looking for someone who enjoys a professional office environment, works well independently, and is comfortable supporting a fast-paced tax office during busy season.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist clients professionally
- Organize client documents and files

Qualifications
