- Oversee all aspects of daily accounting, efficient in QB and Buildertrend software.
- Manage treasury functions such as cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and liquidity planning to support business needs.
- Supervise budgeting processes, expense management, cost control measures, and financial forecasting models to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Work with the CEO in raising debt and equity capital for land development.
- Drive mergers & acquisitions initiatives by conducting market analysis, valuation assessments, due diligence, and integration planning.
