Oly Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our rapidly expanding cardiovascular practice.
We are a physician-led organization with a collaborative team of nine providers, including five cardiologists and four advanced practice providers. With established offices in Olympia and Centralia, we are expanding access to high-quality cardiovascular care throughout Southwest Washington, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
Our immediate priority is expanding outpatient cardiology services in Aberdeen, Washington, with opportunities to provide coverage at our other locations.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up care.
- Evaluate and manage patients with coronary artery disease, hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, hyperlipidemia, and other cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our cardiologists.
- Review laboratory results, cardiac imaging, and diagnostic testing within scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with referring physicians and local healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
- Provide clinical coverage across assigned Southwest Washington locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current Washington State NP or PA license, or eligibility for licensure.
- National certification appropriate to professional designation.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.
- Cardiology experience preferred but not required.
