Job Summary:
Under general direction, manage all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects for a customer or specific program and serve as the main point of contact throughout the study lifecycle. Lead study setup, monitoring, communication, and closeout activities to ensure delivery aligns with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead study setup activities including protocol and budget review, project planning, milestone tracking, and risk, issue, and action management
- Partner with Study Setup teams to support quality database setup and oversee the preparation of protocol-specific documentation and presentation materials
- Monitor project management plans, timelines, deliverables, and study documentation across startup, maintenance, and closeout
- Manage study scope changes, support budget oversight, and address quality or service-related issues through timely resolution and process improvement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary escalation point for study-level issues
- Coordinate meetings, reporting, customer survey follow-up, and ongoing health checks to support project success and customer satisfaction
- Deliver study training to sites, CRAs, and customers and represent the company at investigator meetings, audits, inspections, and other internal or external meetings
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical trials/hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment preferred
- Working knowledge of Project Management processes and central laboratory operations including kits/supplies, logistics, laboratory operations, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, and site alerts preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems, or equivalent experience with similar centralized laboratory systems preferred
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Strong interpersonal and customer management skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and sites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English language
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills and meeting deadlines
- Working understanding of medical and clinical research terminology
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional operational activities and triage study-specific issues effectively

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
