INTRODUCTION
The Sales Enablement & Communication Specialist position provides internal communications, tools, and resources to the Allied Field (120+ sales and service reps) through a weekly e-newsletter and a comprehensive intranet site. They work closely with subject matter experts to provide clear and easily accessible information about products, providers, the marketplace, the industry, technology, and best practices. Research, tracking, and management discussions provide input for this person to make recommendations for enhancement and improvements to future Field communications.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Field E-newsletter Communications:
- Design and layout weekly internal e-newsletter, and special editions for emergency communications.
- Author and copyedit articles.
- Prepare, record, and edit success story videos.
- Facilitate quarterly planning session with key stakeholders and create an editorial calendar to prioritize and coordinate communications.
- Manage platform vendor and provide platform support.
Field Intranet Communications:
- Maintain and update design, layout, and content on intranet.
- Review, edit, and post new content.
- Manage change requests, request database, and request submission forms.
- Provide plans and support to key stakeholders to regularly review wiki pages and library documents to maintain current and accurate information.
- Coach internal business partners and vendors in creating effective content.
Data & Analytics on Field Communications:
- Create and communicate regular updates to management on the usage and engagement with Field communications.
- Provide recommendations to management for enhancements and changes to communications.
- Provide key stakeholders tracking reports, poll results, and insights into best practices.
- Plan, develop, and execute the bi-annual Field communications survey.
- Analyze bi-annual survey results, and support the creation of communication plans.
Field Development:
- Train and support Field reps on technology and tools.
- Author training guides and quick reference cards.
- Collaborate with Field management to create content and sessions for Field events.
- Support initiatives that impact the Field.
- Invest in personal development on communication and training best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education or experience required. Field of Study: Communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or advertising.
- 1 – 2 years related experience.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite of software skills required.
- Experience with content management and e-newsletter creation preferred.
- More than 2 years’ experience in communications preferred.
- Experience in a sales organization preferred.
- Experience providing sales support preferred.
- Experience in training and development preferred.
- Experience with financial institutions and insurance products preferred.

COMPENSATION
The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of the anticipated salary for the position and may vary based on factors described below. Compensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, skills, and internal equity considerations. The projected base salary range for this position is $60,060 to $72,150 (annualized USD). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results.
