How will you make your impact?
As a Communications Specialist with Linxon, drive the development and execution of strategic communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and reinforce the organization's position as a leader in delivering complex energy infrastructure projects across the Americas. Partner closely with executive leadership, including the Managing Director for the Americas and Global Head of Communications, to translate business strategy, innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence into compelling narratives that elevate market presence, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support corporate growth objectives. Serve as a trusted communications advisor, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that reflects Linxon's commitment to precision, innovation, and premium project execution while fostering alignment across regional and global teams.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies across the Americas, aligning regional priorities with global business objectives and strengthening brand recognition across key markets.
- Translate complex energy, infrastructure, and EPC-related concepts into compelling, audience-focused messaging that increases engagement among customers, partners, employees, and industry stakeholders.
- Craft high-impact content including executive communications, corporate stories, thought leadership articles, press releases, presentations, digital campaigns, and visual communication materials.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop clear, consistent messaging that effectively communicates organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and business achievements.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications efforts with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication channels.
- Lead the execution of regional communications plans that support market growth, enhance brand reputation, and increase awareness of company capabilities and project successes.
- Manage communications activities for industry conferences, trade shows, corporate events, and customer engagements, creating opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with global communications teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that amplify strategic messaging and support key business initiatives.
- Establish a unified corporate voice across communications platforms, ensuring brand consistency while adapting messaging to regional audiences and market needs.
- Create engaging storytelling content that highlights major project milestones, innovation initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and organizational achievements.
- Build strong relationships with executive leaders, project teams, and functional stakeholders to identify communication opportunities and proactively address business needs.
- Support internal communications initiatives that increase employee engagement, reinforce organizational culture, and strengthen alignment with company objectives.
- Manage multiple communications projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards and meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate communication planning and execution across geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to identify opportunities for enhanced messaging and strategic communications positioning.
- Support corporate reputation management efforts through proactive communications planning and effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Travel throughout the Americas to support business initiatives, executive engagements, customer events, and strategic communications activities.
Who you are?
- You have 10+ years of experience leading corporate communications, marketing communications, and brand engagement initiatives within global organizations.
- You have a strong background supporting B2B, energy, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or industrial organizations.
- You have exceptional storytelling abilities with a proven track record of creating clear, concise, and impactful communications for diverse audiences.
- You have demonstrated expertise translating highly technical and complex business concepts into engaging and understandable narratives.
- You have outstanding written, verbal, and editorial communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, employee, customer, and external stakeholder audiences.
- You have experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
- You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence, collaborate, and build credibility across all organizational levels.
- You have experience partnering with executive leadership to develop strategic messaging and thought leadership content.
- You have expertise managing internal and external communications programs within multinational and matrixed environments.
- You have strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- You have experience planning and supporting conferences, trade shows, executive events, and corporate engagement activities.
- You have a proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting communications to regional and global audiences.
- You have experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to drive alignment and communication effectiveness.
- You have a proactive, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to excellence.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,900 to $183,900. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
