Verify Your CCC Before Applying
AccentCare requires ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech Pathologist roles. If your CCC is pending, confirm your Clinical Fellowship timeline aligns with the position's start date before submitting an application.
Target Home Health Openings Specifically
AccentCare's Speech Pathologist hiring is concentrated in home health rather than inpatient settings. Filtering your search to home health roles increases your chances of landing an interview with a team experienced in sponsorship workflows.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Open Roles
AccentCare posts Speech Pathologist openings across dozens of markets simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for AccentCare positions that include visa sponsorship, so you're not manually sorting through listings that won't support your work authorization.
Understand the PERM Prevailing Wage Step
For EB-3 sponsorship, AccentCare's legal team must file a PERM application with DOL before petitioning USCIS. That DOL audit process can take six to eighteen months, so align your employment start date with realistic PERM processing timelines.

Find Speech Pathologist at AccentCare JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does AccentCare sponsor H-1B visas for Speech Pathologists?
AccentCare's primary sponsorship pathways for Speech Pathologists are employment-based Green Cards under EB-2 or EB-3, along with support for F-1 OPT and TN visas. H-1B sponsorship is less common for clinical therapy roles at AccentCare, so confirm the specific visa support available for your target role directly with the recruiter during initial screening.
How do I apply for Speech Pathologist jobs at AccentCare?
Browse open Speech Pathologist positions at AccentCare on Migrate Mate, where listings are filtered to show roles that include visa sponsorship. Once you identify a match, apply through AccentCare's careers portal and flag your work authorization status in your application. Having your CCC credential and state licensure documentation ready speeds up the screening process significantly.
Which visa types does AccentCare commonly use for Speech Pathologist roles?
AccentCare has sponsored Speech Pathologists through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals with a qualifying degree. For candidates earlier in their career, F-1 OPT is often the entry point, with PERM-based Green Card sponsorship following after a period of employment.
What qualifications does AccentCare expect for Speech Pathologist candidates?
AccentCare requires a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence, and an active state license in the state where you'll practice. Home health experience is an advantage, since most AccentCare SLP roles involve patient visits rather than facility-based care. Some positions also require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
How long does the Green Card sponsorship process take for Speech Pathologists at AccentCare?
For EB-3 sponsorship, expect the PERM labor certification with DOL to take six to eighteen months before USCIS even receives the I-140 petition. EB-2 can move faster if you qualify, but priority date backlogs vary by country of birth. Starting conversations with AccentCare's HR team about sponsorship intent early in your employment gives you the best chance of maintaining valid status throughout the process.
