Target clinical and therapy roles first
AccentCare's sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare delivery roles. Physical therapists, occupational therapists, and registered nurses in home health settings are the strongest candidates for immigration support at this company.
Expect a Green Card pathway, not an H-1B
AccentCare's sponsorship history skews toward permanent residency rather than temporary work visas. If you're on OPT or TN status, understand that the end goal is likely EB-2 or EB-3, not an H-1B bridge.
Leverage OPT and CPT as your entry point
AccentCare participates in F-1 OPT and CPT programs, making it accessible to recent healthcare graduates. Using OPT to get in the door is a practical first step toward building a long-term sponsorship relationship.
Understand the PERM timeline before you accept an offer
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves a multi-year PERM labor certification process. Ask your recruiter early whether the role is designated for sponsorship and what the expected timeline looks like before committing.
Search for verified sponsorship history before applying
Not every AccentCare posting will mention sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm which roles have an actual track record of visa support.
Canadian and Mexican professionals should explore TN eligibility
AccentCare sponsors TN visas, which is a faster, cap-exempt option for qualifying Canadian and Mexican healthcare professionals. If you hold citizenship in either country, confirm whether your occupation qualifies under the USMCA TN list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does AccentCare sponsor H-1B visas?
AccentCare's recent sponsorship activity has focused on permanent residency pathways rather than H-1B visas. The company has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for healthcare professionals, along with F-1 OPT, CPT, and TN visas. If H-1B visa sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, confirm directly with AccentCare's recruiting team before applying, as sponsorship availability can vary by role and hiring cycle.
What visa types does AccentCare sponsor?
AccentCare sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. The company's immigration support is primarily oriented toward permanent residency for clinical staff. Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying healthcare occupations may also be eligible for TN sponsorship, which moves significantly faster than the PERM-based Green Card process.
Which roles at AccentCare are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at AccentCare is most commonly associated with direct care and therapy roles, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and registered nurses. These positions have the clearest alignment with EB-2 and EB-3 pathways in the home health and hospice space. Administrative and non-clinical roles are less frequently sponsored, though exceptions exist depending on location and business need.
How do I find AccentCare job openings that include visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified sponsorship data so you can browse AccentCare openings filtered by actual immigration history rather than relying on job descriptions that may not mention sponsorship at all. Once you identify a target role, follow up directly with AccentCare's recruiting team to confirm sponsorship eligibility for that specific position before investing time in the application process.
How long does AccentCare's Green Card sponsorship process typically take?
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through employers like AccentCare involves PERM labor certification, an I-140 immigrant petition, and finally adjustment of status or consular processing. The full timeline can range from two to five years or longer, depending on your country of birth and the current priority date backlog. Indian and Chinese nationals face significantly longer waits due to per-country caps. Clarify the timeline with AccentCare before accepting a sponsored offer.
