The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and treatment to patients, functioning as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing patient and family education and counseling regarding concerns, planning, implementing and modifying treatment procedures, maintaining appropriate documentation according to policies and procedures and current standards of practice. Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
