Frame your credentials around healthcare growth
AccentCare's Business Development roles focus on referral network expansion and payor contracting in home health markets. Tailor your resume to show experience with healthcare provider relationships or post-acute care sales, not generic B2B development.
Target regional market expansion openings specifically
AccentCare posts Business Development roles tied to specific service territories. Openings in markets where they're actively expanding referral pipelines are more likely to include sponsorship flexibility than backfill roles replacing a departing employee.
Ask about PERM timing before signing
If you're pursuing a Green Card through AccentCare, ask HR directly whether PERM sponsorship begins at hire or after a qualifying period. Home health companies often delay PERM filings, so knowing the timeline protects your long-term planning.
Browse open roles through Migrate Mate
AccentCare posts Business Development positions across multiple markets on a rolling basis. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type so you're only reviewing positions that match your current immigration status.
Clarify CPT authorization with your DSO early
If you're on F-1 CPT and targeting an AccentCare Business Development internship or co-op, your DSO must authorize the position before you start. CPT authorization requires the role to be integral to your program, so confirm eligibility with your school first.

Find Business Development at AccentCare JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does AccentCare sponsor H-1B visas for Business Developments?
AccentCare's primary sponsorship pathways for Business Development roles are F-1 OPT, TN, and immigrant visa categories like EB-2 and EB-3, not H-1B transfers or new H-1B cap filings. If you hold an existing H-1B and are seeking a transfer, it's worth raising directly with their talent acquisition team during the offer stage, as policies can vary by market and hiring need.
How do I apply for Business Development jobs at AccentCare?
Applications go through AccentCare's careers portal, where roles are listed by territory and service line. Migrate Mate lets you browse AccentCare's current Business Development openings filtered by visa sponsorship type, which saves time if you're only targeting positions that align with your immigration status. Tailor your application to the specific regional market and referral development scope listed in each posting.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Development roles at AccentCare?
AccentCare has sponsored F-1 OPT for recent graduates entering Business Development, TN status for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business or management roles, and EB-2 or EB-3 immigrant visa categories for longer-term sponsorship. TN is often the fastest path for eligible nationals, as it doesn't require USCIS petition approval and can be processed at the port of entry.
What qualifications does AccentCare expect for Business Development roles?
AccentCare's Business Development positions typically require experience in healthcare sales, referral source management, or post-acute care market development. Familiarity with home health or hospice service models is a strong differentiator. Roles often involve building relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and skilled nursing facilities, so demonstrated success in provider-facing sales environments carries significant weight in the selection process.
How do I plan my timeline if AccentCare is sponsoring my visa?
F-1 OPT authorization takes up to 90 days from USCIS, so apply well before your program end date. TN status for eligible nationals can be obtained at the border on the day you start, making it one of the quicker paths. For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, PERM labor certification alone can take six months or more with the DOL, so align your start date and employment gap planning accordingly.
