Align Your Credentials With State Licensure Requirements
Care Manager roles at AccentCare often require a licensed clinical credential, such as an RN, LCSW, or LPC. Verify your state-specific licensure is active before applying, since AccentCare hires across multiple states with different requirements.
Target AccentCare's Home Health Divisions First
AccentCare operates distinct home health and hospice service lines. Care Manager openings concentrate in home health, where patient caseload management and discharge coordination are core functions. Filtering your search by service line sharpens your targeting.
Use Migrate Mate to Identify Open Roles Efficiently
AccentCare posts Care Manager positions across dozens of locations at any given time. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for AccentCare openings that flag visa sponsorship eligibility, so you're only applying where your work authorization needs can be met.
Clarify Your OPT Timeline During the Interview Stage
If you're on F-1 OPT, be direct with AccentCare's recruiter about your authorization end date and STEM extension eligibility. Healthcare is not a STEM-designated field, so your OPT window is typically 12 months, which affects their PERM filing timeline.
Understand How PERM Timelines Affect Your Start Date
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship requires DOL's PERM labor certification before USCIS filing. Processing often runs beyond a year. If you need sponsorship, confirm with AccentCare's HR team early whether they initiate PERM concurrently with onboarding.
Document Clinical Hours That Match the Job Description
AccentCare's Care Manager roles typically require direct care coordination experience in a home health, hospital, or community setting. Build a resume that maps your specific clinical hours and case volume to the responsibilities listed in the posting, not generic care experience.

Find Care Manager at AccentCare JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does AccentCare sponsor H-1B visas for Care Managers?
AccentCare's sponsorship activity for Care Manager roles has focused primarily on employment-based Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3, along with F-1 OPT and TN visas. H-1B sponsorship is less common for this role type, partly because many Care Manager positions require clinical licensure that doesn't always align with H-1B specialty occupation criteria. Confirm H-1B eligibility directly with AccentCare's HR or immigration team during the offer stage.
Which visa types are commonly used for Care Manager roles at AccentCare?
AccentCare has sponsored Care Managers through F-1 OPT, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying clinical occupations, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. TN eligibility depends on whether your specific role and credentials fit DOL's defined TN occupation list. Green Card pathways involve PERM labor certification filed with the DOL, followed by an I-140 petition with USCIS.
What qualifications and experience does AccentCare expect for Care Manager roles?
AccentCare typically expects a licensed clinical credential for Care Manager positions, with RN, LCSW, or case management certifications being most common. Relevant experience in home health, hospital discharge planning, or community care coordination strengthens your application. Some postings specify a minimum number of years in a direct patient care or case management role, so review each job description carefully before applying.
How do I apply for Care Manager jobs at AccentCare?
You can search and apply for Care Manager positions at AccentCare directly through their careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which filters AccentCare openings by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific service line, whether home health or hospice, and clearly indicate your work authorization status. Recruiters move quickly on clinical roles, so follow up within a week of submitting your application.
How do I plan my timeline if AccentCare is sponsoring my Green Card as a Care Manager?
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship starts with PERM labor certification at the DOL, which can take a year or more before USCIS even receives the I-140 petition. If you're on F-1 OPT, your 12-month authorization window may not be long enough to bridge the gap without a status change. Discuss bridging options with AccentCare's HR team before accepting an offer to understand their process and your timeline.
